VILLA MARISUN
Villa Marisun is a newly refurbished 2 bedroom semi-detached villa. It is set in a private condominium with a large communal swimming pool, tennis courts, and gardens. The villa is situated in Albufeira, only a 5 min walk to the famous strip where you will find a large choice for restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. Beaches are only a 10 mins walk away and Fisherman’s beach in the old Town of Albufeira is only 15mins walk. The old town also offers a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars and shops.
The villa has a Spacious lounge/dining area with sliding patio doors opening out on to a terrace with BBQ area and overlooking the private garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen including w/machine, d/washer and microwave. The villa has 2 good size bedrooms with twin beds, 1 full bathroom, 1 shower room and there is also a sofa bed in the lounge sleeping 2 extra guests. The villa can sleep up to 6 guests in total. Villa Marisun is furnished to a good standard and is an ideal base for a family holiday. Car hire is not necessary with so many facilities within walking distance but it is recommend if you would like to explore other parts of the Algarve.
