This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom cottage, sits above the village of Santa Barbara de Nexe, approx.20 mins drive from Faro airport. The entrance of the cottage leads into a pretty courtyard, and access to the cottage leads directly into a well equipped kitchen with natural stone walls, and a small dining area. The lounge is very cosy with comfortable furnishings, satellite T.V, C.D. player, video & log burning stove, patio doors leading out to pool area.
Car hire is advisable, although the village of Santa Barbara is within walking distance.
Santa Barbara de Nexe is a small village with a small supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank & a selection of bars and restaurants. For more serious shoppers the old market town of Loule is approx. 15 mins. drive from the villa.
The cottage has underfloor heating for winter lets.
