A beautiful, renovated farmhouse on a hillside outside Santa Barbara de Nexe. Villa Loureiro is really something special!
This quiet, peaceful villa set in 1.5 hectares planted with olive, carob & almond trees, has breath taking views over the countryside and out to sea, making it a perfect holiday retreat. Car hire is advisable, the village of Santa Barbara de Nexe is 5 mins. drive from the villa, offering a selection of shops and restaurants, post office etc. For more serious shoppers the old market town of Loule is approx. 15mins. from the villa. Closest beaches, golf and tennis are approx. 20 mins. drive.
A pretty courtyard leads to ground floor with one double bedroom with air-con cooling for the summer months, heating for the chillier winter and a spacious twin bedroom with large fan. There are two bathrooms. Stairs lead to bright open-plan living room with satellite T.V., video, ceiling fan, a wood burning stove for the winter months and a well-equipped kitchen. A doorway from the living room leads to a sun terrace taking full advantage of the wonderful views. A staircase from the terrace takes you down to another shaded courtyard with a barbeque & outside eating area. A path from this patio leads through the gardens to the swimming pool. ACCOMMODATION
