Villa Helena
An attractive newly constructed villa located to make the most of the stunning views across the beach of Meia Praia and the Bay of Lagos. This villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and benefits from being within walking distance to both the Lagos Marina and the beach. From the front entrance is a wide hallway, leading off to the right and left is two bedrooms; one bedroom has twin beds and ensuite bathroom, the other has a double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms have patio doors out to the front terrace. The fully fitted kitchen and dining area has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave as well as all the usual kitchen utensils. From the kitchen there are patio doors leading out to a large covered terrace and the swimming pool. There is also a games room with pool table on the ground floor with patio doors that lead out to the swimming pool and terrace. Up stairs there is a large open lounge that boasts fabulous views across the Bay of Lagos, the lounge has Satellite TV, video and open fireplace for cooler evenings. The other two bedrooms upstairs have double beds, one has an ensuite bathroom. The swimming pool (9x4) is surrounded by sunbathing terraces equipped with sunloungers. There is a built in BBQ and outdoor dining furniture.

This villa is situated near the Lagos Marina, overlooking Meia Praia, the Marina which is about a 5 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of historic town of Lagos .
