Casa Lagos Castanha
Casa Castanha is quiet and spacious luxury villa opening on to the beautiful Penina Golf Course. This villa has been tastefully furnished throughout and is set in a secluded mature garden with everything that you would expect from a top quality home.
The accommodation which can sleep six people consists of three bedrooms (two twin sharing a full bathroom, one double with en-suite) a large living room, a separate dining room, a spacious fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher etc. It is well furnished and has a log fire in the lounge and electric heating in each bedroom for winter if the evenings turn chilly. In the hall is a separate W.C with hand basin.
Summer visitors tend to spend the hot days around the full size pool then perhaps have an evening barbecue. As there is a fridge for cool drinks in the covered barbecue area, outside toilet and shower by the poolside there is little need to stray too far. A maid service keeps the villa clean leaving you time for the more important things in life like relaxing and swimming. The villa is a 10 minute drive from the bustling Portimao and Praia de Rocha, and is within easy reach of beaches and countryside, or a short drive from the lovely greenery of the Monchique Mountains. The centre of the historic town of Lagos and the Marina with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a large variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping and markets is about a 15 minute drive away. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is about a 20 minute drive, with a variety of water sport activities available.
