Accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with mod cons, spacious dining and living room. Outside hosts beautiful views with BBQ/dining area, private pool and poolhouse. The villa is just 25 minutes from Faro Airport and 2 minutes drive from the charming old town of Albufeira, which has an abundance of great bars, restaurants and shops. Pateo is the small local village and is within a 5 min easy walking distance. Pateo offers range of restaurants bars, shops and a supermarket. At the end of the road from the villa there is a children's playground. The beautiful beaches of Sao Raphael and Gale are 2 kms away. Golf is an easy 6km drive away! For a great day out in the sun, the Water Parks and Zoo Marine are all just 15 minutes drive which makes Villa Da Felicidade the ideal holiday location for families or golfers.
