VILLA VISTA
This well appointed villa is beautifully located above the Meia Praia, with uninterrupted views across the bay of Lagos and the town centre. The villa is situated on the hill above t meia Praia. The Marina which is only a 5 minute drive away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful markets. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 minute drive or can be walked into in around 10 minutes.
The private villa is set in large grounds, surrounded by rolling countryside down to the beachfront. From the front entrance way up a few steps is the comfortably furnished lounge with Satellite TV, open fireplace, and patio doors out to the large balcony with outdoor furniture were you could relax and soak up the wonderful views. Off to the left of the lounge is the dining room and fully fitted kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual utensils. From the kitchen there are also doors leading out to the balcony and down to a large courtyard with built in BBQ. Off to the right of the lounge is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes.
Down the stairs from the lounge is another lounge with TV, fireplace and doors leading out to the swimming pool terrace, off the lounge are three twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower toilet and sink. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The 5th bedroom is a self contained bedroom with en-suite bathroom attached to the side of the villa overlooking the swimming pool, this bedroom is perfect for a couple, teenagers or grandparents.
The large swimming pool and children’s pool is surrounded with terracing and sun loungers. The gardens have been beautifully maintained. Car hire essential.
