CASA DA PERAS
Casa da Peras is a well appointed family villa set in sub tropical gardens and boasting marvellous views from its numerous terraces and balconies. From the entrance foyer are steps leading down into the spacious lounge and dining room well furnished with satellite TV, fireplace for cooler evenings and large patio doors leading out to a terrace overlooking the bay of Lagos. Off to the right is the large fully fitted kitchen with separate laundry room. Down a few steps from the lounge are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bedrooms have double beds and ensuite bathrooms, the other has twin beds and a shower room across the hallway. The fourth bedroom is off the lounge with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom has a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and a separate entrance way off the front entrance as well as entrance from the villa. The large swimming pool (10x6) and childrens paddling pool is surrounded by a large sheltered terrace with sunloungers.
The villa is situated on the hill above the Marina, overlooking Meia Praia, the Marina which is only about a 10 to 15 minute walk away (approx 1km) offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets.
The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 minute drive away.
