A high quality, south-facing, third and fourth floor apartment with three bedrooms in Nou Fontana, a prestigious and exclusive development with private marina, gymnasium, paddle tennis court, well-tended, exotic gardens, a large pool and a restaurant. It is also just a 5 minute walk to Jįvea's beautiful sandy beach and resort amenities.
The apartment, reached by stairs and lift from the ground floor, benefits from almost all-day sunshine on the large main level balcony and upper level roof terrace, both of which have a south-westerly aspect and look out over the pool and gardens. The entrance lobby, living room and kitchen on the main level are of an open-plan design, and also on this level are two bedrooms, a bathroom and, of course, the spacious balcony. A staircase leads to the upper level master bedroom suite, furnished in Japanese style, and large sun terrace.
There are several supermarkets nearby.
