Situated close to Javea's beautiful sandy beach in the area known as Montañar I, this ground floor, three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard, and provides spacious and comfortable accommodation. Two southwest facing terraces, with sunshine most of the day lead from the living room and master bedroom to a pretty patio garden bordered with flowering shrubs. The swimming pool and whirlpool are just 30 metres from the garden gate. A modern and practical kitchen with adjoining utility room complete the excellent facilities available to guests. It takes just one minute to walk down a lane to a quiet stretch of natural, rocky seafront where a short stroll to the right takes you to the Arenal beach, with its sand and sea, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. To the left the walk to the Port of Javea will take around fifteen minutes. Close by is the picturesque La Fontana Canal and Marina where boats of all types are moored for easy access to the sea.
