Accommodation description

THE MONTGOMERY APARTMENTS
The Montgomery Sol is situated on the seafront between Jįvea Port and the Arenal. To the right, within about 600 metres, is Jįvea's lovely, family sandy beach and many resort amenities, while literally just across the road the natural rocky sea frontage is a less crowded place to sunbathe and swim, and is great for pottering about in the rock pools, snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing. Gates lead from the seafront into the attractive hedged and private communal area consisting of swimming pool, lawns, flowering shrubs and palm trees.
On the second floor, the apartment itself is comfortable, sunny and well laid-out. Especially appealing is the large, light, airy lounge/dining room, and the spacious, south-facing balcony, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing, with its open views. The third floor, walled solarium, or roof terrace, is reached by stairs or lift, and is totally private,with wonderful panoramic views.
There are supermarkets within walking distance of Montgomery Sol, and a 15 minute walk will take one to the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants of Jįvea port. About 3 km away is the historic town of Jįvea, and there are several golf courses within a 25 minute radius
