Jardines del Sol was built about four years ago, and the elegance of its classical façade and well-kept gardens and pool immediately impress. It is ideally located just at the edge of the bustling Port area, with its bars, restaurants and shops, the sea, the attractive promenade, the fishing harbour and the Club Nautico.The apartment itself is on the first floor, and is the owners’ home for much of the year. As such, is beautifully and tastefully furnished, and well equipped as a home, with all the comforts and conveniences that make it a rather special place to stay. As it is a corner apartment, it has extra windows that provide plenty of light, and lovely cooling through-draughts in the hot weather.The historic old town of Jàvea is only 2 km away, and the popular Arenal beach, with all its attractions, is five minutes by car. Two good golf courses are within a fifteen-minute radius, and there is a comprehensive sports centre close by. This apartment is not suitable for very young children.
