Montgo Mountain set in an acre of its own ground. This villa has been carefully and lovingly renovated to provide a wonderful and idealistic location for holidaymakers looking for the perfect place to unwind.
The villa enjoys stunning views and is literally only a five minute drive to the beach with crystal clear water favoured amongst the locals for snorkelling. There are also many restaurants only five minutes drive away. There is a gated entrance to the villa enabling you to park outside the front door and walk straight into the villa. There are no steps involved from the front of the villa.

The first level is the main living accommodation consisting of a large lounge with a new open plan dinning area and also a naya, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave, oven and hob. From the naya area there are doors leading down to the swimming pool area. The lounge also opens out via doors to a large covered naya with views across the valley. Here there is a fully equipped BBQ,

The first double bedroom has open views and an ensuite. There is another double bedroom and a twin bed room .on this level there is also a fabulous main bathroom.

On the lower level reached by out side stairs is an apartment with a shower room and a double bedroom and a single twin room.

The swimming pool area has a large terrace ideal for sun bathing. The views across the valley are breathtaking. The swimming pool is 10 x 5 metres there is also an outside shower.

Outside in a secluded, shaded spots, a safe play area for the children, with lawns.

Altogether an outstanding and spacious villa for those looking for a taste of paradise in the sun!!

Area description
