Accommodation description

Finca Rustica is a beautiful rustic style villa situated on the slopes of the Montgo mountain with lovely views over orange groves, old town and sea Very quiet and private but within walking distance of Javea old town, which has many shops, an indoor market as well as a weekly market and many bars and restaurants. The main beach and port area are a 5-minute drive. The villa has recently been modernised and re-decorated and is fully equipped inside and out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Outside there is parking for 3 cars, the gardens are very private and stocked with tropical plants and trees. There is ample terracing surrounding the pool as well as a roof top terrace with sunloungers all with nice views. In the garden there is a B.Q area, table tennis table and childrens play area. Inside the villa there are 4 good-sized bedrooms all with there own bathrooms. The lounge dining area is a good size with beamed ceiling and leads out to a covered terrace for eating outdoors. The villa also has TV and video. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with microwave etc. The villa has all modern conveniences but still retains its rustic charm. In the grounds of the villa there is a small apartment which consists of a bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for in laws or teenage children.

Area description

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
