Accommodation description

Bahia is a lovely 3 bedroom town house set in the port of Javea, Walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. The accommodation consist of one double room and a twin room, with the third a single room, so the property comfortably sleeps 5 people. There is a modern bathroom upstairs.
The main living area is all open plan with a dining area and lounge with TV and video and an American style kitchen, the property has a lovely private courtyard style garden, completely walled, ideal for B.B.Q and eating, the town house has a covered naya to escape the sun when needed.
The property is great if you don’t want to hire a car as all amenities are close by. There is a communal pool a few minutes walk away if you don’t want to swim in the sea.

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
