Accommodation description

Casa Calina is a superb villa with fantastic views of the Montgo and surrounding hillside. The villa has a private pool and is on large plot surrounded by pine trees. All local facilities are within a 10 minute drive. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and consists of lounge with open fire which has a balcony with magnificent views. TV, video and music system are available. This room leads to a large kitchen diner which has gas hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is a door leading to a covered naya for al fresco eating. On this level there are two bedrooms, one with double beds and one with twin beds. The master bedroom has a dressing area and shower. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is a separate apartment consisting of two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a lounge which can be used as a bedroom if required. The bathroom has a shower, wc and wash basin. There is ample terracing around the pool for lounging along with a barbeque. The natural garden is secluded and very private. The property offers ideal accommodation for two families. Sleeps 8 - 10 people.

Area description

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
