Casa Faro is a beautiful large sunny villa. Situated in probably the most picturesque part of Javea. The villa has fantastic picture postcard views. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts all within a short walk. Many small beaches are close by and the main beach and town centre of Javea are approximately a 5 to 10 min drive away. The villa is the private home of a interior designer and is only rented for the summer holidays. The villa has been completely renovated and decorated to a very high standard including new kitchen, bathrooms and marble floors etc. Outside there is ample parking for many cars and the plot is walled in for privacy. The pool is very private and has ample terrace area with sunloungers. There is also a covered terrace area with comfortable cane furniture and a BQ area with seating. The garden can be lit at night highlighting palm tress and other features. Inside the property there is a very large lounge dining area with many patio doors opening on to terraces and the pool area. The room has many nice features, beamed ceilings and Tosca arches etc. There is TV and video with satellite channels also children's playstation and games. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with Stainless steel integrated appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen leads to a glazed in semi circular breakfast room with large table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine and chest freezer. Bed 1 is on upper floor and is accessed by an internal spiral staircase it is completely private from the rest of the house. It has air conditioning and fantastic sea views you can lay in bed and watch the sunrise over the sea. The room is very large and airy with many windows and doors. It has fitted wardrobes and a Queen size bed. There is also a private terrace, again with fantastic views. The ensuite is very modern with glass sink and round shower/steam cabinet. Bed 2 is a large room with a lovely ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. This room has 2 single beds but it possible for an extra bed to be supplied. There are ample fitted wardrobes. Bed 3 is a large twin bedded room with built in wardrobes; there is a bathroom adjacent to the room with twin sinks and full bath and shower. All linen is supplied with exception of beach towels. This is an exceptional villa and has everything that you could need for a relaxing luxury holiday.

Area description
