Accommodation description

Residential La Plaza is a Two bedroom apartment within walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beach. Ideal for those who don't want to hire a car. Very pretty location, overlooking a picturesque Spanish courtyard with fountains. The apartment has a very large terrace with sun loungers, barbeque and eating area with all day sun. Javea is a coastal town, very exclusive as package tour operators are allowed in. It has three main areas, an historic old town, a lively port area and beach area. There are also many scenic coves nearby. Javea has facilites for every kind of watersport, all other activities are also catered for. The area boasts 320 days of sunshine a year. The accommodation is on the first floor and consists of lounge/diner with Satellite TV and furnished to a very high standard. This leads to a modern kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, electric hob and oven and microwave. From the kitchen there is a door directly onto the terrace. There are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin bedded room, bathroom with bath and shower above,WC and bidet. Good value, great location ideal for longer lets.

Area description

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
