Villa Tranquilla is a mature and well presented villa set in the quieter area of Pina de L’Advocat in Moriara, but within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars.
The villa offers 3 bedroomed accommodation with a lounge, dining room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms. There is also a large landing area upstairs which provides another sitting area.
Ceiling fans are fitted to all bedrooms.
The open naya looks over the pool with additional dining and BBQ areas provided.
The villa is available for winter lets and has central heating installed.

Moraira is approx. 25 mins. drive north of Benidorm where there are 3 excellent Theme Park, namely Terra Mitica, Mundomar & Aqualandia.
Calpe is approx. 10 mins. drive with it's very long promenade and beautiful
sandie beaches. Moraira has 2 beaches, the main one and El Portet Beach.
Javea is approx. 20 mins. drive and the Jalon Valley with its beautiful scenery is about 1/2 hr. drive away.
Alicante Airport is approx. 1 hr. 10 mins. drive
Valencia Airport is approx. 1 hr. 40 mins. drive
