Rio Jalon (Sleeps 10 + 1) - Imposing Colonial style, well presented and spacious villa, furnished to a high standard and within fifteen minutes walking distance of Moraira Town & its golden beaches

A beautiful villa just a a short distance from both the beach and Moraira village, Rio Jalon is a private and well furnished villa with extensive grounds and two separate private drive-ways.

Rio Jalon is made up of two separate accomodations with independent front doors and no internal staircase. The views from the upper terrace although not sea views are open and varied of hill and valley.

The upstairs accomodation comprises of an L shaped lounge diner with an open plan kitchen. Two sets of double doors lead out onto a spacious terrace with seating and a brick built barbecue. Stairs from the terrace lead down to the garden and pool area. This upper level also consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one an ensuite to the master bedroom)

The lower level can be accessed through an exterior door from the driveway or from the external staircase leading from the upper level.

The lower level comprises of a second lounge and dining area with a second open plan kitchen along with two further bedrooms and a bathroom.

The gardens of Rio Jalon are very private and impressive and include a changing room and further bathroom. The pool is very large and measures 12m x 5m having roman steps and a large pool terrace with shaded area as well as a second large brick built barbecue area.

It is possible to add an additional one folding bed for children
