Accommodation description

Villa Bonita is a Completely modernized Spanish style 4 bed room villa set in a central location within 5mins drive to the beach and bars .The villa is in a tranquil area of Javea, this villa comes highly recommended, due to its fantastic view of Javea bay.
Bonita has been furnished to a very high standard.
The accommodation consists of large open plan lounge /dinner, T.V and pretty open fire for winter. To the front is a large Naya, ideal for out side entertaining.
Kitchen complete with frigde/frezzer, oven and hob, washing machine and dish washer this is a very good size. Family bath room with shower, WC, and wash basin.
There are 3 bed rooms’ one double and two twin rooms; two of the bedrooms have Ensuite. The master ensuite also has a large round bath and a double walk in shower. All these bedrooms are on the same level
The 4th bedroom is entered by steps outside. This bedroom has the most fantastic sea views to wake up to every morning.
The villa boasts a beautiful grassed garden with some pine trees for privacy. There is ample terrace as well for out side eating, with ample sun chairs and loungers plus there’s a B.B.O around the back of the villa, with terraced area. The pool is size 4x8 with roman ended steps. There is ample parking, with a garage

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
