Accommodation description

Casa Nigela is a large 6 bedroom villa consisting of three kitchens, four bathrooms and three living rooms. Ideal for large groups who like their privacy as it can be split into three separate apartments.
Set at the foot of the Montgo Mountain with open views across the countryside yet within a 10 minute drive of all of Javea’s facilities and beaches.
The top apartment has a large family kitchen with dishwasher, two fridges and a freezer, electric oven and gas hob. Large lounge/dining room with satellite TV, log burner and wall heaters for winter lets. There is master bedroom with ensuite and air conditioning plus ceiling fan. There is a further twin bedroom and family bathroom.
The downstairs apartment has a separate entrance with a dining/lounge area, large kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower, wc and wash basin. There is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.
Third apartment has a separate entrance. This consists of a lounge/diner with kitchenette, master bedroom with ensuite.
Outside there is a large 10x5 pool with a shallow and deep end. Ample terraces surround the pool with numerous sun loungers. The garden has mature trees and grassed areas. There is a fabulous outside kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, sink and shaded eating area.
Plenty of secure parking is available. Highly recommended villa.

Area description

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
