Accommodation description

Lancora is a three Bedroom first floor apartment situated in a great location in Javea Arenal,within walking distance to the beach ,town and supermarkets. The accommodation consists of one double, one twin, and one with bunk beds .there is a family bath room with a bath and shower over. The kitchen has a fridge /freezer, and gas hob/oven.
The lounge has plenty of comfortable sofas with TV and video, and a CD player, leading on to a covered terrace with dinning area and B.B.Q. To the side of the block is lancora swimming pool, bar, tennis courts, and lancora has a private entrance with parking. Ideal holiday accommodation if you don’t want to hire a car.

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
