Accommodation description

La Siesta is a beautiful large sunny villa, situated in a picturesque part of Javea. The villa has pleasant views of the valley. There are restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive. The main beach and town centre of Javea are approximately a 5 min drive.
Outside there is ample parking for many cars and the plot is walled in for some privacy. The pool is very large(10X5)and has an ample terrace area with sunloungers. There is also a covered terrace area with comfortable cane furniture and a BBQ area.

Inside the property there is a very large lounge with television, dining area with patio doors opening onto terraces and the pool area of the villa has all day sun as well. The lounge has many nice features, beamed ceilings and Tosca arches etc.

The villa is all on one floor with the master bedroom having ensuite. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dish washer/ washing machine and gas hob. There is one other double bedroom and a large single room with twin beds.


Very pretty pool area surrounded by ample sun terracing. There are large palms for shade. Beautiful gardens with mature palm trees surround the villa. The villa is ideally situated close to the Arenal Beach with all its facilities.


This is an exceptional villa and has everything that you could need for a relaxing holiday.

This villa has air conditioning and this is an optional extra at £50pw

Area description

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
