Accommodation description

La Gaurdia is a completely modernized 3 bedroom villa set in a central location within 2mins drive to the beach and bars. The villa has been furnished to a very high standard.

The accommodation consists of large open plan lounge /diner, T.V sky and DVD.

Kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dish washer, washing machines in the utility.

Family bathroom with shower and a bath, WC, and wash basin. And another bathroom off the master bedroom.

There are 3 bed rooms - two doubles and one twin room; and there is air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and a fan in the other.

The villa boasts a beautiful grassed garden backing for privacy. There is ample terrace as well for outside eating, with ample sun chairs and loungers plus a B.B.Q. The pool is average size 8x4width. And ample parking, villa has fans.

This villa comes highly recommended.

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
