Agent after an initial Artwork set up payment
We are prepared to advertise your
holiday home(s) on our highly visited web-sites at absolutely no
ongoing cost to you. We currently charge a
one time small Artwork payment of £35 to
set it up on the site and the only time that we
take any other payment is when a Booking is
achieved through any of our web-sites.
We currently require
10% commission on achieving a successful Booking
and this is payable at the Deposit stage. We
add our 10% to your Deposit requirement so that
our commission is paid without it affecting your
Deposit received to secure the Booking for our
client/s. This increased deposit will be
displayed on the web-site.
We
also request a small administration fee to cover credit card charges & administration costs
on acceptance of the deposit.
We require
When our clients confirm their wish to Book, we will
request a Deposit
by credit card (or cheque) which includes our 10% commission + the administration fee -
so that you are not involved in sending our commission to us as we will secure it in the first
instance. You will, however, be involved in collecting your
balance payment for the property and any
refundable security payments for the property.
We may, if you prefer
only collect our 10% deposit which then leaves you
with collecting the remaining 90% of the payment,
either in one payment or part and the remainder a
number of specified weeks prior to the client's
commencement date - this is known as the Holding
Deposit and the remaining part deposit (if
required) would normally be paid within 7 days to
secure the holiday with the balance following
approx. 6-8 weeks prior to the commencement date..
The Holding Deposit works very well in securing their decision to proceed at the time and
which has proved to be a successful method of
increasing the frequency of bookings.
However,
on collection of the Holding Deposit, if
the client decides not to proceed for any reason and they inform us within 7 days of the holding deposit
being paid, then it is fully refundable to them without any loss to themselves.
After that time, it will be returned to them less
any costs incurred by us in refunding the same.
Also upon receipt of their holding deposit and before our client's details can be sent to
you, we will require you to confirm in writing, that the apartment is still available and on HOLD for
them for their dates.
You will then be able to contact them personally to complete the
Booking in your usual manner confirming the price as seen on our web-site. It is at this
point that the Holding deposit is not refundable and becomes a part payment of the
advertised price of your holiday home. We will issue you with a paid receipt to cover the above holding deposit
amount in the form of a Paid Invoice for your records
if this is required.
If there are any other charges in excess of the price given for the apartment, please let
us know - for example - an after-stay cleaning charge or if Electricity is extra
or any charge for linen & towels.
When the correct facts have been inserted, we will require you to confirm that the
advertisement is correct and that there are no statements that are misleading to the
property and it's position etc. We require
accurate details of position such as distance from
Beach, shops, Restaurants etc.
Upon Advertising on our Website, you must accept
that we take absolutely no responsibility
whatsoever for any inaccuracies or any future
changes that you may incur to your property.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any
changes or new additions to your property and
check for yourself that your changes have been
correctly implemented on our web-site. We
take no responsibility for any instructions being
lost or misplaced for your property. If you
see false information or anything that can be
misconstrued, it is your responsibility to inform
us of this and to check that all is corrected in
accordance with your instructions.
If our clients have
any complaints with regard to your property, this is entirely your responsibility and that if anything is wrong with the
holiday home and complaints are received, it is your responsibility to take care of this in your
usual manner and not to involve us. Any
complaints received from our clients after their
holiday will not be acceptable as neither you nor
Sun Villas Direct were given any facts nor given
the opportunity to put it right or to act
impartially for both parties. Once they have
departed from their holiday, we cannot be of any
assistance in helping them with any complaint on
your property. In the event of any facts not
being correct as seen on our web-site by the
client upon their arrival, is again, not our
responsibility as the property details remain the
responsibility of the owner or their Agent and not
Sun Villas Direct Ltd.
The Booking Contract is with yourself and not with Sun Villas Direct
Ltd.
It is your responsibility to inform us of a true
description and to send updated photographs of
your property and that we accept your assurance
that your property is of good standard.
