The accommodation at the Villa consists of:

Three double bedrooms with kingsize beds all with en-suite shower rooms. (note that the first floor bedroom has a private terrace with sea view).

Lounge/dining room with TV and analogue satellite receiver, CD.

Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside a large 10m. x 4m. private swimming pool with poolside terraces and furniture. There are terraces, a barbecue, outside shower and garden.

The fully inclusive weekly rental charges are from £835 per week in the Low Season and Mid & Peak Season rates will be supplied on application.

The Villa is located in Sesmarias, 4km. west of Albufeira. The villa is situated in easy walking distance some 800 metres from the lovely sandy Praia do Coelho beach and other superb beaches are a short drive away. There are a number of very good local restaurants, the nearest 200m. in Sesmarias and Vale Parra. The nearest supermarket being 300m. Golf, waterslide parks and the Zoomarina are all a short drive away.
