Villa do Cerro is an exceptional villa with six bedrooms and having the benefit of air conditioning, a large heated, private pool and a private tennis court.

The villa is situated near to the attractive town of Santa Barbara which has a choice of restaurants and mini markets.

The villa is also ideal for the party consisting of two or more families as the main villa has four bedrooms and the spacious poolside cottage has a further two bedrooms.

There are extensive gardens with lawns and a sub-tropical garden patio.

Main villa:
Four air conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen including American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, superb large lounge with French windows and magnificent views, separate dining room, games room with pool table. Telephone.

Poolside cottage:
Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom.
Outside:
Large, (heated optional at extra cost ) swimming pool with extensive terracing, poolside furniture, professional standard private tennis court and games room, mature gardens including lawn, barbecue, sub-tropical patio garden.

The weekly rental charges based on up to 12 persons inclusive of maid service . Pool heating (if required) additional charge £130 p.w. Extra occupancy over 12, £120 per person per week

Car hire is essential.

The Price of £1,650 per week is in the Low Season and Mid & Peak Season rates will be supplied on application.
