VILLA BRAVURA - Near Lagos - Private heated swimming pool, sleeps7 + child.
Situated 6 miles from the excellent resort of Lagos.

Villa Bravura is a private, detached four bedroom villa situated some 6 miles from the excellent resort of Lagos. There are local shops, bars and restaurants but a car is necessary.

The architect designed villa offers superb accommodation which is unlike the normal holiday villa. For example there is a magnificent two storey lounge with galleried landing to three sides. The villa is not suitable for children under 3 years old because of the open plan staircase.

In more detail the accommodation consists of:

Four double/twin bedrooms, 2 on ground floor, 2 on first floor. Two en-suite bathrooms. Third bathroom. Very large fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Separate dining room area. Extremely large beautifully furnished lounge. Two further occasional lounge areas. Galleried landings.

Large swimming pool (can be heated) with poolside furniture, Private mature gardens with lawns. B.B.Q

The weekly rental charges inclusive of gas, water, electricity and maid service
Pool heating £130 per week if required. Winter central heating £125 per week.

The Price of £870 per week is in the Low Season and Mid & Peak Season rates will be supplied on application.
