VILLA JANELAS - CARVOEIRO, sleeps 4 - 8 plus infants, sea view, heated private pool, digital satellite TV, 4 bed, 4 bath, walking distance to beach.

Villa Janelas is a quality property with a very high level of equipment including the option of pool heating. The villa has four bedrooms but it should be noted that one bedroom is ideal for teenagers or a couple requiring privacy as it has its own suite of bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and games room.


The accommodation at Villa Janelas consists of:

Two double and two twin bedrooms. Two en-suite bath/shower rooms and two further bath/shower rooms. The ground floor bedroom is semi independent and also has its own sitting room and small games room. Very comfortable split level lounge/dining room with digital satellite TV, C.D and video. Well equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine.

Outside is a private swimming pool which can be heated. There are spacious poolside terraces with ample sunbathing and poolside furniture. Further terraces and roof terrace with sea view. Two barbecues (one on internal patio which is ideal for al fresco dining). Car is recommended though not necessary. (Cot/highchair, welcome pack on request).

The Price of £1,320 per week is in the Mid Season. Peak Season rates will be supplied on application.

Located in Carvoeiro and in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and the beach.

Carvoeiro is a picturesque resort which retains its charm and character. There are excellent sandy beaches and a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants as well as the daily fish and fruit market and bakery. There are many sports facilities including three golf courses, a tennis club and water sports.
Only ten minutes drive away is one of the best waterslide parks in the Algarve and a choice of beaches are within a few minutes drive.
